    SPECIALTY:

    Arabica coffee from the estates of Karnataka, shade-grown, hand-picked, hand-sorted, and sun-dried. Because the bean can be roasted more uniformly due to its rounder shape, the resulting coffee is sweeter and more flavorful.

    PROCESSING METHOD:

    Wet-processed or washed coffee. Peaberry cherries only contain one seed, giving the coffee bean a round form. For this reason, they are processed individually.
